
A free health camp organized by the SSB at Jawahar Nagar provides check-ups, consultations, and medicines to residents as part of its community outreach program.
February 16, Srinagar: A free health camp was organized at Jawahar Nagar, opposite the BJP office, by the 14th Battalion of the Sashastra Seema Bal, Nagam, with the objective of providing essential healthcare services to the general public in Srinagar.
On the occasion, Rajiv Tiwari, Assistant Commandant, 14 BN SSB, interacted with the media and said that the camp offered free medical check-ups, expert consultations, and the distribution of medicines to patients. He said the initiative was undertaken as part of the SSB's outreach program aimed at ensuring better access to healthcare facilities for the local population.
A large number of people from the area availed themselves of the services provided at the camp and appreciated the efforts of the SSB for organizing the initiative for the benefit of the community.
Bharatiya Janata Party Jammu and Kashmir spokesperson Altaf Thakur was present on the occasion as a guest.
