
Kathmandu, March 18 A helicopter operated by a private airline crashed in Nepal on Wednesday, carrying six people. One person suffered critical injuries, while five others sustained minor injuries, authorities said.
According to the information officer at the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), the Air Dynasty helicopter lost control while landing at Balbesi in Khotang at 11:55 am.
The official stated that six people, including the pilot, were rescued and airlifted to Kathmandu.
He added that a 74-year-old passenger with injuries to his leg and eye was admitted to Hams Hospital here, while five others sustained minor injuries.
