New Delhi, March 23 Hind Rectifiers announced the appointment of Chidambaram Balakrishnan as its Chief Global Growth Officer on Tuesday.
In his new role, Chidambaram will lead Hind Rectifiers' global growth initiatives, with a focus on expanding the company's global presence, strengthening strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for business growth across key global markets, according to a regulatory filing.
He will play a key role in shaping the company's global growth strategy and driving long-term value creation.
According to the statement, Hind Rectifiers Ltd, a leading manufacturer of Power Semiconductors, Power Electronic Equipments, and Railway Transportation Systems, has announced the appointment of Chidambaram Balakrishnan as Chief Global Growth Officer of the company.
Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions, including Managing Director at Caterpillar Rail and Regional Director (South Asia) at GE Transportation.
He has also played an active leadership role in industry bodies, having served as Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (Railway Division) and Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in India (Infrastructure Division).
