Burhanpur, March 1 – As Holi approaches, the city's markets are abuzz with festive excitement, with people hitting the streets to buy colors, gulals, water guns, and decorative items.
The markets are filled with a wide variety of products, but what is attracting everyone's attention are the custom-made water guns and masks, designed after Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"Modi water guns" have become a popular item in the city's markets, and there is a huge demand for them.
According to shopkeepers, the demand for "Modi-themed" products has increased significantly, and many shops are struggling to keep up with the high demand.
They said that children and young people are purchasing these products, with everyone showing a special affinity for "Modi guns" and "Modi masks."
Traders say that they have ordered more of these themed products, considering customer preferences, but the demand has exceeded expectations.
Other products themed on "Operation Sindoor" have also been selling well.
Shopkeeper Deepak Ramchandani said that the craze for Prime Minister Modi is so high that their stocks are getting depleted within hours of restocking.
He said that the water gun with the "Operation Sindoor" theme has been sold out.
"After that, there is the 'Modi Pichkari'. This is also the last one left. There are only a few masks left," he said. He added that the craze for Prime Minister Modi is worldwide, and this is why there is so much demand for goods, and there is a lot of enthusiasm among children.
Customer Pramod Uike said that he bought the "Operation Sindoor" themed water gun to celebrate Holi.
He liked the theme because he really enjoyed the "Operation Sindoor" campaign a few months ago.
"That's why I bought this water gun, and now we will celebrate Holi with it," he said.
