POONCH, March 5: In line with NEP 2020, the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Poonch organized a five-day workshop on Panchkosh Education to train teachers in holistic, child-centered teaching.
Approximately 110 teachers from 11 zones participated, learning to integrate physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual development into classroom activities. Master Trainer Darshan Bharti emphasized that Panchkosh Education promotes joyful, meaningful learning beyond textbooks.
Officials noted that the initiative aligns with the objectives of NEP 2020, and participants appreciated the training for enhancing teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
