World Homoeopathy Day 2026 was observed in Mizoram.
Organized by the Directorate of AYUSH, Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Mizoram, World Homoeopathy Day 2026 was observed today at the Chanmari YMA Hall, Aizawl.
Mrs. K. Lalrinzuali, Commissioner & Secretary of the Health & Family Welfare Department, who was the Chief Guest at the event, noted the increasing public acceptance of various AYUSH medical treatments. She highlighted that AYUSH is highly effective for disease prevention, maintaining overall physical well-being, and safely treating various chronic illnesses. She further stated that the government is making continuous efforts to strengthen the AYUSH sector so that its benefits and services can reach people even in the most remote corners of the state.
The national theme for this year's World Homoeopathy Day 2026 in India is "Homoeopathy for Sustainable Health," while the global theme being observed worldwide is "Harmony through Homoeopathy – Healing Beyond Borders."
