UDHAMPUR, FEBRUARY 22: The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, Field Office Udhampur, conducted the second day of its pre-publicity programme at the Gujjar & Bakerwal Hostel, in preparation for the Multi Media Exhibition scheduled from February 23–27, 2026, at Government Degree College Boys, Udhampur.
The event included IEC activities such as a quiz contest, drawing competition, and a seminar to raise awareness among students about key Government of India schemes.
Assistant Warden Gulsher Ahmed welcomed the initiative, while Vikram Uppal from CBC Doda highlighted key themes of the upcoming exhibition, including Viksit Bharat, Mission Aroma, Startup India, and Aatmanirbhar Bharat. Gurnam Singh from CBC Udhampur emphasized the importance of public awareness and community participation.
Chief guest Warden Gulzar Hussain appreciated CBC's efforts and encouraged students to participate in the exhibition. The programme concluded with the distribution of prizes.
