
Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan attended the 15th convocation ceremony of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi in Jharkhand today. He stated that management education should extend beyond boardrooms and connect with society, contributing to inclusive development. The Vice President urged students to define success not only by achievements but also by values, ethics, and social responsibility. He emphasized that ethical leadership, integrity, and trust are the foundations of strong institutions, and advised the youth to choose character over shortcuts and purpose over profit.
