Itanagar, March 25 The IMD has forecast thunderstorms, accompanied by lightning strikes, across Arunachal Pradesh from March 26 to 29.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) said that thunderstorms and lightning strikes are very likely in isolated locations across the state on March 26.
Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms, accompanied by lightning strikes and strong winds reaching speeds of 30-40 kmph, are expected in isolated locations on March 27 and 28.
Thunderstorms and lightning strikes are also likely in isolated locations on March 29, with heavy rain expected in some areas.
The weather forecaster has advised residents to remain cautious during periods of thunderstorms and lightning strikes, particularly in vulnerable and hilly areas, as strong winds and heavy rain may lead to localized disruptions.
