Two Bangladeshi nationals, identified as Monirul Biswas and Lovely Khatun from the village of Bhombag in the Narail district of the Khulna Division, were apprehended by the Dawki Police on Sunday evening around 8:30 PM. They were found in a vehicle – an S-Presso – driven by Pynshaibha Khaii of Wah Sarang village in East Jaiñtia Hills. A case has been registered at the Dawki Police Station under relevant sections of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025. The accused have been arrested and will be presented before the Judicial Magistrate First Class at the Amlarem Court.
