Today, the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Poonch organized a three-day program on Mental Health, Well-being, and Yoga for teachers from across the Poonch district.

The program aims to promote mental wellness, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices among teachers. Officials stated that this is the first time DIET has organized such a program for teachers, with the goal of improving their overall health and well-being.

Teachers from various schools in the district are participating in the program and are being guided on how to maintain mental balance, reduce stress, and adopt yoga for a healthier lifestyle.
