India AI Summit 2026: Leaders Arrive to Strengthen Partnerships.webp

Global leaders continue to arrive in New Delhi for the India AI Impact Summit 2026. President of Spain, Pedro Sánchez Pérez-Castejón, Vice President of Seychelles, Sebastien Pillay, and Prime Minister of Mauritius, Dr. Navinchandra Ramgoolam, arrived in the capital today for the AI Summit.

In a social media post, the Ministry of External Affairs stated that President Sánchez's visit will further boost the ongoing celebrations of the India-Spain Dual Year of Culture, Tourism, and AI. It also said that Seychelles is a close and long-standing maritime partner, and its participation in the Summit offers an opportunity to harness AI for the benefit of our people and further strengthen our partnership.

The Ministry stated that Prime Minister Ramgoolam's visit will further strengthen the enduring partnership between India and Mauritius. It added that digital cooperation remains a key pillar of the bilateral relationship between the two countries.

The President of the Slovak Republic, Peter Pellegrini, also arrived in New Delhi. He was warmly received by Minister of State Dr Jitendra Singh at the airport. The Ministry of External Affairs said that President Pellegrini's presence at the India-AI Impact Summit will further deepen the close and expanding ties between India and Slovakia.

Netherlands Prime Minister Dick Schoof has landed in New Delhi to attend the India-AI Impact Summit. The Ministry of External Affairs said that Prime Minister Schoof's participation in the summit will further deepen and strengthen the India-Netherlands bilateral partnership. He was received by Minister of State Dr Jitendra Singh on his arrival.

Kazakhstan Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov arrived in the capital for the AI Summit. In a social media post, the Ministry of External Affairs stated that Prime Minister Bektenov's visit and his participation in the India-AI Impact Summit will give a boost to the robust partnership between both countries.
