External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar met with Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva in New Delhi this morning. In a social media post, Dr. Jaishankar praised Mr. Silva's warm sentiments and guidance on strengthening the Strategic Partnership. The Minister expressed confidence that Mr. Silva's meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi later today will give a new boost to the relationship.
