New Delhi, March 14 An immersive exhibition of the iconic works of renowned painter Manjit Bawa at the India Art Fair 2026 focused on modern Indian art and intergenerational dialogue.

"Manjit Bawa: An Enduring Legacy," a dedicated exhibition curated by Ina Puri and presented by the philanthropic arm of Ardee group, was held from February 5 to 8 at the NSIC exhibition grounds.

The exhibition juxtaposed iconic works and archival material from the late Manjit Bawa from the Ardee Art Collection with new creations by student awardees of the inaugural Ardee Legacy Awards.

Emerging artists from art schools across India responded directly to Bawa's vibrant figurative style, creating a dialogue between archival documentation and fresh interpretations, the group said in a statement.

They created a layered and intergenerational exploration of legacy as a living process, shaped by learning, reflection, and continued artistic engagement.

In the statement, the Ardee Group said it has strengthened its multi-sector presence across real estate, education, sports infrastructure, ed tech, and the arts, expanding its institutional footprint in Delhi-NCR and Goa.

Operating under the leadership of Shefali Varma, the organization today encompasses urban development projects, school networks, and cultural initiatives.

What began as a real estate enterprise has evolved into an interconnected platform linking educational campuses, residential communities, and curated cultural programming, the statement added.
