February 18, New Delhi – Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, who described the ongoing AI Impact Summit in New Delhi as more than just a conference.
Prime Minister Modi pointed out that Vučić, in a newspaper article, has elaborated on how the summit firmly positions India at the center of the global discourse on artificial intelligence.
In the signed article, the Serbian President, who is in New Delhi to attend the summit, stated that the objective of the event is to understand how AI can be responsibly, inclusively, and at scale to address real-world challenges. He also highlighted that, as one of the world’s largest republics encompassing myriad languages, religions, cultures, and traditions, India exemplifies a living, dynamic pluralism.
Prime Minister Modi shared a post on X and wrote, "A fine article by President Aleksandar Vučić of the Republic of Serbia, in which he talks about AI, of course, but at the same time highlights his fondness for India, India’s strides in AI, and strong India–Serbia relations!"
