March 11, Ernakulam — Addressing a rally in the Ernakulam district of Kerala today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi assured that Indian citizens are being provided with 24/7 assistance in countries in the Gulf. He also criticized the opposition party for engaging in politics amid what he described as a major global crisis.

Prime Minister Modi said he was satisfied that the governments of friendly countries in the Gulf are taking care of Indian citizens. He added that India’s missions and embassies in those countries are providing assistance to them around the clock.

The Prime Minister also accused the Congress party of making provocative and irresponsible statements during the crisis, alleging that the party was trying to worsen the situation for political purposes.
