State Minister for External Affairs, Kirti Vardhan Singh, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda, Olivier J.P. Nduhungirehe, and co-chaired the second India-Rwanda Joint Commission. In a social media post, Mr. Singh stated that during the meeting, both sides reviewed the entire range of bilateral relations, including defense, agriculture, trade, and investment, as well as health and education. A Cultural Exchange Programme for the years 2026-30 was also signed during the meeting.
