India Sees Launch of Learning Diagnostics Platform

India Sees Launch of Learning Diagnostics Platform.webp

New Delhi, March 17 A US-based education technology firm has launched a neuroscience-driven learning diagnostics platform in India to help schools and families better understand how students learn and identify gaps early, according to a statement.

Student Education Diagnostics (SED) said its platform uses brain-based assessments to analyze how students process information, map cognitive patterns, and generate personalized academic roadmaps.

The launch was announced at the SED Learning Intelligence Summit, attended by educators and academic experts, the statement said.

"Across classrooms, many students labelled as underperforming are often simply misunderstood. Conventional assessments tend to measure outcomes, but they rarely explain how a student learns," said Srinesh V, founder of SED.

"Through SED, we aim to introduce a neuroscience-based diagnostic approach that helps schools and families understand individual learning patterns, identify gaps earlier, and guide students toward clearer academic pathways," he said.

According to the statement, the platform integrates structured student tracking tools with SAT and ACT-aligned frameworks and offers US-based certification pathways, enabling continuous monitoring of student progress.

Speakers at the summit highlighted the need to move beyond marks-focused evaluation and focus on individual learning styles.

SED also announced plans to explore partnerships with educational institutions across India as part of its expansion. The company said its website will be formally launched in Hyderabad on March 19.
