April 7, New Delhi – India's External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar chaired a Consultative Committee meeting on India-Africa relations in New Delhi today.
In a post on X, the minister highlighted India's historic relationship and people-to-people connections with Africa.
The committee also discussed India's engagement with African countries, including trade and investment, lines of credit and grants, capacity building, particularly in education and skills development, defense, and cooperation in regional and multilateral forums.
