April 11, New Delhi – Speaking at the 9th Indian Ocean Conference in Port Louis, Mauritius, on Friday, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar stated that "while the world may be more fragmented, the nations of the Indian Ocean must strive to be more cohesive."
