Kolkata, March 8 West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee congratulated Team India on Sunday for its "spectacular victory" in the T20 Cricket World Cup final.
India defeated New Zealand by 96 runs, winning the T20 World Cup title and successfully defending the trophy for the second consecutive year in 2024.
"Congratulations to Team India! Your spectacular victory in the T20 World Cup final today makes us proud," Banerjee wrote on X.
