March 12, New Delhi – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the NXT Summit 2026 in New Delhi today. The forum brings together political leaders, diplomats, scientists, and business executives from around the world.
Chief Justice of India Surya Kant will also participate in the three-day summit. He will share his views on the evolving relationship between law, governance, and emerging technologies.
At the inaugural edition of the summit last year, Prime Minister Modi highlighted India’s growing global influence and the increasing international interest in the country’s digital public infrastructure, such as UPI and the India Stack ecosystem.
He also called on Indian businesses and innovators to take domestic technologies and products to global markets as part of India’s expanding global economic footprint.
