India's Energy Supply Chain Strengthened by Tanker Arrival.webp

March 18, New Delhi – The Indian-flagged crude oil tanker, Jag Laadki, has arrived at Adani Ports Mundra in Gujarat.

The vessel carried approximately 80,886 metric tonnes of crude oil sourced from the UAE. Its arrival highlights the ongoing crude oil imports amidst regional supply concerns.

Measuring over 274 metres in length with a deadweight of about 164,716 tonnes, the tanker was loaded at Fujairah Port and safely berthed at Mundra. This demonstrates the port's capacity to handle large crude shipments and support refinery operations, strengthening India's energy supply chain during disruptions.
