Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri discussed cooperation in combating terrorism, organized crime, and narcotics during a meeting with the Director of the US security agency, FBI, Kash Patel, in Washington yesterday. The Indian Embassy in the US announced this via a social media post.
Mr. Misri is on a three-day visit to the US and has met with several high-ranking US officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio. This visit follows the US's agreement to a ceasefire with Iran, bringing an uneasy truce to the conflict that began on February 28th due to Tehran's refusal to relinquish its nuclear arsenal.
