The Indian Naval Ship Sudarshini arrived in Sète, France, as part of the ongoing landmark transoceanic expedition, Lokayan-26. The Ministry of Defence stated that this visit marks a significant milestone in the ship's journey and highlights India's commitment to maritime cooperation and cultural diplomacy. During its stay, INS Sudarshini will participate in "Escale à Sète," a gathering of traditional tall ships and seafaring communities in Europe. Prior to arriving in Sète, INS Sudarshini successfully completed port calls in Oman, Egypt, and Malta, covering approximately 5,500 nautical miles. Throughout its voyage, the ship has served as a "Floating Ambassador," showcasing the nation's rich maritime heritage while engaging with the global community.
