
March 01, New Delhi – The Ministry of External Affairs issued a statement today advising foreign nationals in India who have had to change their travel plans due to the ongoing developments in the West Asia region to seek assistance from the nearest Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO).
In the statement, the Ministry said: “All foreign nationals in India, who have had to change their travel plans due to the ongoing developments in the West Asia region and need assistance with extending their visa or regularizing their stay, are requested to contact the nearest Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO). The relevant FRRO will assist with the necessary formalities. For contact details of the FRRO, you may visit https://boi.gov.in/.”
