President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Visakhapatnam this evening to participate in the 2026 International Fleet Review (IFR). The President landed at the INS Dega Naval Air Station, where she was warmly welcomed by Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Visakhapatnam MP M. Sribharat, District Collector M.N. Harendhira Prasad, and senior officers of the Eastern Naval Command.
The International Fleet Review will take place tomorrow. As the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the President will review the ceremonial fleet and witness a spectacular display of India's naval strength and maritime capabilities.
