India's Trikand Ship Supports Regional Partnerships in Mozambique.webp

The Indian Naval ship Trikand arrived in Maputo, Mozambique, as part of its operational deployment in the South West Indian Ocean region. The Defence Ministry stated that the visit aims to further strengthen maritime cooperation and bilateral relations between India and Mozambique. The ministry said that the ship will deliver humanitarian assistance and disaster relief supplies and participate in professional and social activities, including community service and medical camps, as part of India's commitment to supporting regional partners in the Indian Ocean region. The port call by INS Trikand aligns with India's vision of MAHASAGAR – Mutual and Holistic Advancement for Security and Growth Across Regions.
