Ahmedabad, March 26 From colorful processions to innovative, youth-led events, devotees across Gujarat celebrated Ram Navami on Thursday with fervor, filling cities with chants of "Jai Shri Ram" and creative expressions of devotion.

Processions were organized in many cities of the state, including Rajkot and Vadodara, to mark the birth anniversary of Lord Ram. Streets came alive with vibrant displays, devotional songs, and community participation.

Adding to the festive spirit, the ISKCON temple in Ahmedabad hosted a grand celebration featuring 'Sri Ram Darbar Abhishek' and a traditional '56 bhog' offering in the morning.

The temple is also scheduled to organize a palki procession and Ram Katha in the evening, according to the organization's official social media account, drawing large numbers of devotees.

Meanwhile, the youth were embracing innovative ways to celebrate. In Adalaj, a bhajan jamming event is scheduled for the evening, where a live fusion band will blend traditional devotional music with contemporary sounds, reflecting a modern take on spiritual expression, as per an event booking website.

In Surat, a group of bikers added a creative twist to the festivities. Around 90 riders traveled to Dabhari beach, where 65 motorbikes were carefully arranged to spell out "Ram," symbolizing devotion through a display of unity and passion.
