March 18, New Delhi – Iran has stated that the repercussions of the conflict in West Asia will be felt globally.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi posted on X: "The wave of global repercussions has only just begun and will affect everyone – regardless of their wealth, faith, or race."
Araghchi also shared on social media a copy of the U.S. National Counterterrorism Center director's resignation announcement, which was triggered by the conflict on Tuesday.
Iran's top diplomat further suggested that more Western officials should actively oppose the conflict.
