March 07, New Delhi: Masoud Pezeshkian has apologized to neighboring countries for attacks launched during Iran's war with Israel and the United States.
In a speech broadcast on state television, the Iranian president stated that Tehran would not target neighboring countries unless attacks were launched against Iran from their territory.
Pezeshkian also said that his country would not surrender to Israel and the United States as the conflict entered its second week.
