April 06, New Delhi: Iran's Revolutionary Guards warned on Sunday that attacks on U.S. economic interests in the region would intensify if strikes on Iranian civilian targets continue.
In a social media post, the Guards stated that the Strait of Hormuz "will never return to its former state," signaling a stern warning to the United States and Israel.
Despite tensions, vessels have continued to transit the strategic strait. Three Omani-operated tankers, a French container ship, and a Japanese gas carrier have crossed since April 2, reflecting Iran's policy of allowing passage for vessels it considers friendly.
