Mumbai, April 7: On World Health Day on Tuesday, actress Isha Koppikar showcased what consistency looks like as she discussed her fitness journey and stated that her slender physique is a result of dedication and not an overnight transformation.
Isha shared a video of herself from 2024 to the present on Instagram. The initial glimpses showed a fuller version of the actress, followed by her working out at the gym.

Another video showcased the actress' dedication and her performing high-intensity workouts at the gym, accompanied by the text overlay: "2025: I didn't wait to feel ready. I trained anyway."

World Health Day is celebrated every year on April 7. It was founded by the World Health Organization in 1948 and highlights global health issues. This year, the theme is "Together for health."
Regarding the actress, Isha has worked in films such as "W/o V. Vara Prasad," where she appeared in a song with actor Vineeth. She gained recognition in Hindi cinema after appearing in three Kannada films with the leading stars of the time: "Hoo Anthiya Uhoo Anthiya" with Ramesh and "O Nanna Nalle."
She began her Bollywood career in 2000 with "Fiza," starring Karisma Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan. She was also featured in Rajiv Rai's 2001 film, "Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat," alongside Arjun Rampal and Sunil Shetty.
Her most recent appearance was in the 2024 science fiction action comedy film, "Ayalaan," directed by R. Ravikumar.
