Hubballi, February 22 – Auqib Nabi's outstanding performance in leading Jammu and Kashmir to their first Ranji Trophy final has put him in the spotlight, but the pressure feels manageable as he prepares for the most important match of his career.
Nabi is the second-highest wicket-taker in this season’s Ranji Trophy, taking 55 wickets in 16 innings at a staggering average of 12.72.
However, Nabi will face a formidable Karnataka batting lineup, featuring Indian players KL Rahul, Devdutt Padikkal, Karun Nair, Mayank Agarwal, and Ravichandran Ashwin, in the final, which starts here on February 24.
Despite the challenge, Nabi remains focused.
"I'm just concentrating on the present. I'm not paying much attention to external pressure. I'll try to take as many wickets as possible in the final, focus on my process, which has been successful so far. I'm not worrying too much about expectations," Nabi told
