Jaipur, April 2 The regional passport office here received a bomb threat via email on Thursday, with authorities saying that no suspicious items were found after thorough searches, according to police.
Following the threat, police increased security and launched a comprehensive search operation. However, no suspicious objects or explosive materials were found during the search, they said.
Similar threats have been issued for various locations and offices, including courts, schools, Passport Seva Kendra, and post offices in the past, police said.
However, all of these threats turned out to be false, they added.
