External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has congratulated Toshimitsu Motegi on his reappointment as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan. In a social media post, Dr. Jaishankar stated that he looks forward to collaborating with Motegi to further strengthen India-Japan cooperation as a Special Strategic and Global Partnership.
