April 8th, Saitual: Union Minister of State for Jal Shakti, Dr. Raj Bushan Choudhary, is currently on a visit to Saitual District, Mizoram. Today, he held a meeting with government department officials and community leaders, and also visited the water reservoir constructed under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) scheme in Sihfa village, as well as the District Hospital.
During his meeting with the district's government officials and community leaders, the attendees informed the Union Minister of State about their needs and the various challenges they face. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Raj Bushan Choudhary expressed his willingness to assist Saitual District in achieving all-round development and assured them that he would make every possible effort to help. The meeting was chaired by the District Deputy Commissioner, Mr. Srinivas Sadi, who also gave a detailed PowerPoint presentation highlighting the ongoing works and activities of various departments.
