JAMMU, MARCH 2: Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary conducted an unannounced inspection of the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department (R&B), Jammu office to review its operations and project progress.
He assessed the physical and financial status of ongoing projects and instructed officials to ensure timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and efficient, citizen-centric service delivery. Emphasizing accountability and coordination among departments, he warned against delays or negligence.
The Deputy CM reiterated the government's commitment to transparent governance and balanced infrastructure development across Jammu and Kashmir, particularly improving road connectivity.
Earlier, he met with public delegations from various districts, including Padder, and assured them of prompt resolution of genuine grievances.
