Gumla, March 9 An elderly woman was allegedly beaten to death by a mob in Gumla district, Jharkhand, after they suspected her of being a "child kidnapper," police said.
The incident took place on Sunday night in the Lagaba village, within the Bishunpur police station area, they said.
"The victim was between 50 and 55 years old. We are working to identify her," Officer-in-Charge Arjun Kumar Yadav told
