
Ramgarh, April 3 Three people, including an elderly man, were killed by wild elephants in two separate incidents in the Ramgarh district of Jharkhand on Friday, police said.
Both incidents occurred within the jurisdiction of the Gola police station. One incident took place in Banda village, where two people died, while the other occurred in Murpa village, where an elderly man was trampled to death by wild elephants, they said.
"Three people were killed by wild elephants on Friday at two different locations. All three were men. The bodies of the deceased have been recovered and are being sent for post-mortem examination at a government hospital," Officer in-charge of the Gola police station, Abhishek Kumar, told
