
Bengaluru, March 20 Jindal Stainless has partnered with IIMB to jointly create a customized "Strategic Leadership Development Programme".
The programme aims to strengthen strategic thinking, business judgment, and decision-making capabilities among the company's senior professionals, preparing them for key leadership roles, according to a release on Friday.
According to the release, 23 participants of the Leadership Development Programme, representing various functional areas within Jindal Stainless, will undergo sessions led by the faculty of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB).
The curriculum, designed by IIMB, will engage participants through highly interactive and experiential learning, with a strong emphasis on real-world application.
Speaking on the collaboration, Jindal Stainless Managing Director, Abhyuday Jindal, said, "As Jindal Stainless continues to grow and expand, it is essential to develop a strong leadership pipeline. Learning from the distinguished faculty at IIM Bangalore will enable our senior leaders to gain fresh perspectives, sharpen their strategic thinking, and navigate complex business environments with greater confidence."

The programme will cover a wide range of topics, including strategy, finance, the impact of macroeconomic factors on business, innovation, emerging technology trends, self-awareness, personality development, collaboration, and teamwork.
