New Delhi, April 2 Jawaharlal Nehru University on Thursday released its e-prospectus for admissions to undergraduate, postgraduate, PG Diploma, and Advanced Diploma programmes for the academic session 2026-2027.

According to the notification issued by JNU, admissions to the BA (Hons) in Foreign Languages, B.Sc. in Ayurveda Biology, and Certificate of Proficiency programmes will be based on the CUET (UG) 2026.

Meanwhile, admission to the B.Tech programme will be based on the JEE Main examination. Candidates seeking admission to MA, MSc, MPH, M.Tech, PG Diploma, and Advanced Diploma programmes will be required to appear for the CUET (PG) 2026.

Additionally, admissions to the M.Sc. in Biotechnology and M.Sc. in Computational Biology programmes will be based on the GAT-B score.

Admissions to the M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering programmes at the School of Engineering will be conducted through centralised counselling for M.Tech (CCMT).

Candidates are required to submit a separate application for admission after the CUET examination results have been declared. The university has advised candidates to regularly visit the JNU website.

JNU has simultaneously released the admission schedule for international students seeking admission.

The application process for international students commenced on Wednesday. The university has set the deadline for submitting admission application forms at April 30.

Candidates are required to send their completed application forms to the Section Officer at the JNU Administrative Block via post or email.
