
New Delhi, April 9 – Rafael Mariano Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), has warmly praised India's achievement in reaching criticality of the Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam in Tamil Nadu.
