Kathmandu, April 10 The Indian Embassy here on Friday celebrated the 77th foundation day of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
Nepal's Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Khadak Raj Paudel, was the chief guest at the event.
Music teachers and students of ICCR Nepal created a captivating cultural program through their performances, and a highlight of the event was a Nepali band led by ICCR alumnus, Rhythm Kandel, according to a press release by the Indian Embassy.
The event concluded with the awarding of prizes to the winners of various contests organized by ICCR Nepal on Indian arts and culture.
