KATHUA, FEBRUARY 23: The Kathua Municipal Council, led by CEO Amit Sharma, conducted an anti-encroachment drive from Shaheedi Chowk to Main Chowk. Temporary stalls and footpath encroachments by vendors and hawkers were removed and seized.
Amit Sharma warned that any future violations would result in strict legal action and directed vendors to relocate to the designated vendor zone at the old vegetable market.
