KATHUA, MARCH 02: Kathua Deputy Commissioner, Rajesh Sharma, visited Parisha and the One Stop Centre as part of Women's Week to review the services being provided to women.
At Parisha, he assessed the available facilities and support mechanisms for women, particularly those in distress, emphasizing prompt response, confidentiality, and a compassionate approach.
At the One Stop Centre, he reviewed case records, counseling, legal aid, medical assistance, and referral services under various women-centric schemes. He directed officials to enhance outreach and awareness so that more women can benefit from these services.
Chief Planning Officer Ranjeet Thakur and District Social Welfare Officer Varun Chaudhary accompanied the Deputy Commissioner during the visit.
