REASI, FEBRUARY 20: Government Degree College, Kakryal Katra, in collaboration with the Red Ribbon Club, NSS, and NCORD, organized a poster-making and slogan-writing competition to raise awareness about drug abuse, HIV/AIDS, and healthy lifestyles, under the guidance of Principal Dr. Rajni Bhagat.
Students from various semesters enthusiastically participated, expressing their ideas through creative posters and slogans that promoted social responsibility and positive habits. Faculty members, including Dr. Sajad and Prof. Shikha Bhasin, evaluated the entries. Riya and Aisha (Sem VI) won first place in the poster-making competition, while Shivani (Sem VI) secured first place in the slogan-writing competition.
The event, coordinated by NSS PO Dr. Usha Sharma, successfully combined creativity with social awareness, engaging students in meaningful learning.
