New Delhi, March 19 Ahead of the Kerala assembly elections, senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Thursday said he is not a chief ministerial contender, as he is not a candidate in the election, and believes that the chief minister should ideally be chosen from among the elected MLAs.
