New Delhi, March 13 Popular South Korean star Kim Min-ha, known for her roles in "Pachinko", "Way Back Love" and "Typhoon Family", has provided the voice for Priyanka Mohan's character, Shenba, in Netflix's cross-cultural drama "Made in Korea".

The film, directed by Ra Karthik, follows Shenbagam, or Shenba, a woman from a small town in Tamil Nadu, who is inspired by her childhood fascination with Korean culture to experience it firsthand. When she unexpectedly finds herself in Seoul, she discovers that reality is far more challenging than she imagined, leading her on a journey of resilience, self-discovery, and new connections.

The film began streaming on Netflix on Thursday.

In the film's Korean dub, Min-ha voices Shenba, conveying the character's emotional arc solely through her voice. This is Min-ha's first-ever dubbing role.

"I've always had a dream of doing voice-overs, so it's an honor to be able to participate in a cross-cultural project like 'Made In Korea' with just my voice. It was initially unfamiliar to portray a character using only my voice, but because I've always wanted to try this, it was all the more enjoyable and meaningful. I hope the audience can connect with Shenba's journey as much as I did," Min-ha said in a statement.

"Made in Korea" also features popular South Korean actors Park Hye-jin, Si-hun Baek, Ha Ram-jo, and Rishikanth.
