KISHTWAR, FEBRUARY 20: Joint Director, Youth Services & Sports (YSS) Jammu, Vinakshi Koul, visited the office of the District Youth Services & Sports Officer (DYSSO) Kishtwar and reviewed ongoing administrative and field activities.
She held discussions with DYSSO Jaffer Haider Sheikh and staff, assessing programme implementation, record maintenance, and grassroots sports initiatives across the district.
Emphasizing digital outreach, she directed officials to ensure maximum youth registration on the My Bharat Portal and Youth Engagement Portal to enhance transparency, planning, and participation.
The Joint Director also stressed upgrading playfields and sports infrastructure, instructing officials to identify areas for improvement and ensure proper maintenance of facilities.
Appreciating the district team’s efforts, she encouraged continued dedication to strengthening sports culture and youth engagement at the grassroots level.
